The product can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in a resaleable condition.

• There is a flat re-stocking charge to cover the shipping costs incurred.  
• If we arrange collection of the product then the restocking charge will be £100.  
• If you arrange shipping of the product back to us then the restocking charge will be £50.  

When placing your order, we will ask you to specify your desired delivery date. We will do our best to get your order to you by this date, subject to stock and courier limitations.

Shipping is available by courier within Great Britain (mainland only) for a flat fee of £25. The courier will deliver by pallet, kerbside at your address.

For Sunamp products, we recommend our Premium Delivery service for £300. This is due to these products being extremely heavy and need to be delivered with care. With Premium Delivery, your product will be delivered to the installation site within your property.

You should be aware that all our products are heavy and we consider that you will need two people to safely lift the package.

All  Elements radiators come with a 5-year warranty.  A full copy of the warranty can be found here. All thermostats supplied with Elements radiators come with a 2-year warranty.

All other products come with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Our radiators are guaranteed for the heat output indicated in watts.  Our Product Selector Tool is only provided as a guide and should not be relied upon. You should always consider upgrading to a higher size heater, which will not cost more to run, but will help overcome any heat loss concerns. In order to confirm heat loss you should consult a professional.
